Interior Design As We See It

Thoughtful interiors fill the senses and elevate moods.  Interiors – our work place and our homes – are the backdrops to everyday living with family and friends.  We work with clients who appreciate the importance of a well appointed and thoughtfully designed space.   We find that the right space can simultaneously increase energy and promote relaxation.  We encourage our clients to allow their space to promote who they are and how they want to live.

Ida has been designing interiors since 2006 when she completed her first restaurant design and started Ida York Interior Design in 2009, later becoming Ida York Design Group, Inc.  Ida’s career quickly added Night Club, Hospitality Design, Retail design and Medical Office design to her portfolio.  She won awards with her commercial design creativity and all the while she worked with a select number of homeowners creating life changing interiors.  As the business continued to grow from client and contractor referrals, Mrs. York moved the firm to Lake Oswego Oregon to accommodate her growing staff requirements.  Ida’s design work has been featured in Interior Design, Elle Decor, and Alaska Airline magazines, as well as various business journals, newspapers, and blogs.   Aside from design, Mrs. York is an active Rotarian and mentor.  She even finds time to perform music and grow an awesome vegetable garden with her husband.
